Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and innovative approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product development) to align strategies and deliver exceptional service.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics in CRM tools.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts and agreements with clients.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Experience in BPM industry.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and develop effective solutions.
Self-Motivation: Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Negotiation: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
