This tool automates the labor-intensive process of data collection and delivers timely market insights, helping brands analyze competitors’ strategies, campaigns, products, pricing, and more. This enables businesses to respond swiftly and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
The client operates a network of incentivized partners who continuously collect industry-wide data from various sources and submit it to the client’s portal. In 2006, they approached us for data standardization services. Our task was to de-duplicate, standardize, and process this data, enabling the client to create competitive intelligence reports for their customers.
Impressed by the quality of our services, the client expanded our responsibilities. Today, our team manages end-to-end data support for the client, including data collection, management, processing, and annotation. We now handle over 85% of the client’s processes with a dedicated team of 200 professionals.
