This tool automates the labor-intensive process of data collection and delivers timely market insights, helping brands analyze competitors’ strategies, campaigns, products, pricing, and more. Comprehensive Big Data Management Support for the Client’s Platform

The client operates a network of incentivized partners who continuously collect industry-wide data from various sources and submit it to the client’s portal. In 2006, they approached us for data standardization services. Our task was to de-duplicate, standardize, and process this data, enabling the client to create competitive intelligence reports for their customers.

Impressed by the quality of our services, the client expanded our responsibilities. Today, our team manages end-to-end data support for the client, including data collection, management, processing, and annotation. We now handle over 85% of the client’s processes with a dedicated team of 200 professionals.

Addressing pandemic-related disruptions, data complexities, and time constraints

The project presented several challenges that our team needed to address proactively, including:

  • The sudden onset of the pandemic disrupted processes and affected the team. Our team had to remain stable, adapt to remote work, and find effective ways to collaborate without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
  • Managing multi-format data from various industries, including financial, insurance, banking, automotive, energy, real estate, telecom, and more.
  • Establishing a quality assurance team to ensure deliverables met client standards.
  • The client aimed to clear a substantial backlog of physical mail data, requiring ‘just in time’ processing.
  • Currently, our team is exploring ways to seamlessly integrate AI into the workflow to improve process efficiency and save time.
