Founded in 1993 and based in the US, our client delivers the most up-to-date and accurate public record data to its customers. The company offers continuously updated databases and custom research on all active property cases by accessing authorized data from governing bodies. Supporting brokers, buyers, and sellers, the company provides the latest public record and marketing information, including databases of new homeowners, new businesses, mortgages (both new and previously recorded), bankruptcies, foreclosures, and more.
Due to the client’s commitment to delivering accurate and up-to-date public record data, they were constantly challenged with the task of sifting through various sources, extracting pertinent information, and inputting it into their database. This led to several difficulties, such as:
“We were handling a large volume of mortgage records that needed to be entered into our portal swiftly. We required professional assistance to extract relevant data, verify details, and prepare an accurate dataset on time to streamline our operations.”
Client
Our data quality management team carefully reviewed the abstracted data to ensure its accuracy, relevance, and completeness. Following our ‘human-in-the-loop approach,’ our experts manually review and extract relevant data, perform quality checks, and cross-check information against the original source (PDFs of public records uploaded to the client’s software) to maintain data integrity.
As an ISO-certified company, we recognize the importance of safeguarding government records and have implemented strict data security protocols to ensure confidentiality.
“In this project, precision is paramount, as we handle vast amounts of critical real estate mortgage data tied to substantial investments. Even the smallest error in data could lead to severe legal repercussions. Our team fully understands the gravity of this responsibility and ensures meticulous attention to every detail during the data abstraction and entry process for the client’s website. We are committed to delivering flawless, 100% accurate results.”

This project entails online data entry of real estate public record information into a database for the client’s online portal. The client’s software regularly receives PDF images of public records, and our data entry team is tasked with extracting and entering the relevant data into a unified database. Through our real estate data support services, we are currently managing data for 95 US counties, with individual user logins assigned to each county. To ensure timely updates on the client’s portal, we prioritize newly uploaded PDF documents daily and quickly address any outstanding backlogs.
